Financial Assistance

Scholarship & Financial Aid

No child is turned away due to inability to pay.

UYSA offers full and partial scholarships for youth whose families face financial hardship. Our scholarship program is funded entirely by donations and community support.

Safety First

Safety Policies & Procedures

Concussion Protocol

UYSA follows Massachusetts state guidelines for concussion identification, removal from play, and return-to-play procedures.

Safe Sport Policy

All coaches and volunteers are background-checked. UYSA maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, harassment, and misconduct.

Weather & Emergency Policy

Games and practices are cancelled or postponed when conditions pose a risk to participant safety. Families are notified via email.

Photo & Media Policy

UYSA may photograph or film participants for promotional use. Parents may opt out at registration. No images of minors are shared without guardian consent.

Medical & Allergy Policy

Coaches are trained in basic first aid. Participants with known medical conditions or allergies must disclose them on the registration form.

Transportation Policy

UYSA does not provide transportation. Families are responsible for drop-off and pick-up. Carpooling resources are available through the parent network.
